Tracking lives with the retailer that shipped your part.
PartsByVehicle.com finds parts and hands you off to a retailer at checkout — currently AutoParts.com. We don't hold your order details, so tracking is done on their site.
How to track
- Open the order confirmation or shipping email from the retailer.
- Use the order number and email address on their order-tracking page.
- Once a carrier tracking number is issued, follow it with the carrier directly.
Can't find your confirmation email?
Check spam, then contact the retailer's customer service with the email address and ZIP code used at checkout. We cannot look up orders on your behalf.
Something wrong with the listing?
If the part you received doesn't match what we showed, see our return policy and email support@partsbyvehicle.com so we can fix the data.
